- Highland: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Brighton & Howell: Multiple 3–4 hour shifts available

About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who want flexible daytime hours — whether that means picking up a few shifts a week or building a full-time schedule with multiple clients.
This is a great fit if you enjoy variety in your day and like forming meaningful connections with the people you care for.
What Your Schedule Could Look Like
- A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)
- Additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton and Howell
- Option to combine clients and create a schedule that works for you
- Drive time paid between clients within 1 hour
What You’ll Do
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, toileting as needed)
- Provide companionship and conversation
- Help with light housekeeping and simple meal prep
- Support mobility and ensure client safety
- Follow care plans and communicate updates with the team

What We’re Looking For:
- Caregiving experience preferred (home care, CNA, etc.)
- Someone dependable, kind, and patient
- Comfortable working in different homes and environments
- Reliable transportation (you may travel between clients)
- A genuine desire to make someone’s day better
