Your mission

Are you eager to gain hands-on experience in Accounting and Finance? We’re looking for a Working Student to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll assist with key tasks like accounting, financial reporting, payroll, etc

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accounting and Finance:

Assist with accounting and invoicing
Assist with financial reporting
Help maintain and organize financial records and documentation
Collaborate with the team on ad hoc tasks and projects
Maintain and update employee records in HRIS
Assist with Payroll related tasks
Prepare HR-related documents, such as contracts, amendments, or reference letters

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care
Strong organizational and time management skills
Fluent in English and in German
Familiarity with Personio or other HRIS tools and DATEV is a plus
Interest in startups and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
