GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Squash Professional is a non-exempt position whose primary responsibility is developing the squash program, including private lessons and group clinics relating to all facets of the game for men, ladies and juniors of all levels

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Teaching lessons and clinics to adults and children
- Participating in squash leagues and tournaments
- Assisting with member events and promoting club programs
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
- Greeting members and guests throughout the property
- Understanding and anticipating the needs of our members; be attentive, listen carefully and follow through
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum squash skills of 3.5
- Knowledge of or participant in US College Squash
- Experience providing private squash lessons/clinics for adults and children
- Ability to analyze needs, and motivate adults and children
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confident coach and dependable team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and friendly manner
- Proficient in a PC/Windows environment
