Job Summary: The Quality Coordinator is responsible for assessing and meeting the needs of patients and families. The Quality Coordinator supports the Care Management team, ensuring all pertinent patient information is shared amongst team members. They regularly assess the practice for compliance within various programs and offers suggestions to improve workflows. The Quality Coordinators makes certain the patients gaps in care are being appropriately addressed.  The Quality Coordinator makes certain the patients’ gaps in care are being appropriately addressed. Department: Population Health EHE Location: Englewood, NJ Status: Full Time Shift: 8 hour days Hours: 8a - 4p Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies. Prior clinical healthcare experience required. Prior experience monitoring the quality of patient care preferred. A minimum of three years’ of Medical Assistant experience. Education Requirements: HS Diploma or GED plus technical schooling. Associate’s degree in health related field preferred. License/Certification/Registry: Medical Assistant Certification required; LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) will be considered with experience in a fast-paced medical office setting with a leadership skill set. The rate of pay for each position will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc. The minimum rate does not include bonuses/incentives, differential pay or other forms of compensation. In addition to the minimum rate, eligible employees may receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other wellness resources. Minimum rate: $21.00/hour
