
Senior Program Manager, Alexa Shopping
Job Description
The Senior Program Manager will:
- Communicate updates on key strategic programs and metrics to Alexa Shopping senior leaders and stakeholders. - Dive deep to evaluate how products and features are performing against key metrics, identifying improvement areas.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep the program on track in a fast-paced environment.
- Design, implement, and own mechanisms across partner teams to ensure delivery on metrics, goals, and team projects.
- Actively seek ways to improve process efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Independently identify program blockers, propose solutions, and drive implementation across partner teams.
Key job responsibilities
- You will establish key CX Quality metrics and goals for the Alexa Shopping team and work across partner teams to align on goals.
- Partner with key stakeholders - product, operations, engineering - to align on resourcing and timelines.
- Apply simplification across different work-streams to deliver strategies that can be scaled globally.
- Define and execute various strategies for collecting customer feedback for Alexa Shopping features.
- You will leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate customer experience and quality of the Alexa Shopping experience.

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
