The anticipated salary range for this position is up to $160k. The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
POSITION SUMMARY
The SAP Senior System Analyst, resource is responsible for facilitating the delivery and support of the development portion of projects/programs within specified functional area(s). Coordinates and takes the lead role for the technical/functional development and support of IT applications in his/her area of responsibility. That includes design, build, deploy for UI5/Fiori reports, interfaces, conversion programs, database design and creation, enhancements. May also include SAP Portal development, ABAP, SAP UI5/Fiori, and JAVA web-dynpro. Provides accurate estimates based on design documents, including data mapping, and interface models.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
· Collaborates closely with the business to understand business requirements.
· Performs planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions.
· Provides support for difficult and complex system environments.
· Provides support, assistance, and training to users.
· Drives medium to large sized projects with planning, development, and implementation of system solutions.
· Simultaneously coordinates activities for multiple projects and activities.
· Effectively uses ITIL methodology in performing all tasks.
· Meets with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve business systems issues.
· Ensures compatibility and interoperability of in-house computing systems.
· Reviews and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
· Creates systems models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to application developers.
· Coordinates and performs in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems.
· conducts research on software products to justify recommendations and to support purchasing efforts.
· Performs other duties as assigned by Operations Supervisor.

Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· BA/BS in Information Technology or Computer Science or B.E/B.Tech Graduation or the equivalent of 12 years professional experience in IT Applications development and support.
· Experience with SAP ABAP Language Development, HANA, Cloud Application Program Model, Resful Progra
· Experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment in an IT development capacity
· Familiar with a variety of sales methodologies, tools, and frameworks from multiple industries / businesses.
· Minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience in planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, documenting and training of IT applications in SAP Technical skills of ABAP/HANA/BTP/Integration Suite.
· Minimum 4 years’ experience in SAP and Hands on experience of ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), HANA, CDS is mandatory!
· Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools (Azure DevOps / Git / GitFlow, Jenkins, Selenium, JMeter / Blaze Meter).
· SAP Certified Development Associate - SAP CPI or other relevant SAP certifications
· Expert in all kinds of SAP Implementation and Support projects .
· Hand on Experience in SAP PI/PO 7.5 with Single Stack and designing objects in ESR and ID.
· Should be able to work closely with clients to capture the integration requirements and define Integration strategies and roadmaps for the clients
· Good understanding of the integration patterns, best practices.
· Strong knowledge in integration of SAP and Non-SAP applications with 3rd party & internal applications
· Experience/understanding with PO PI configuration mapping and development using Message Mapping, XSLT
· Knowledge of complex mapping transformation, resolving technical issues, adapter configurations.
· Experienced in EDIFACT and ANSI X12 formats, XML for B2B EDI and generating 997 acknowledgements.
· Experience in APIM, Event Mesh
· Expert in using the standard Modules & Development of Custom Adapter modules.
· Expert in Java for developing User Defined Functions (UDF) and Experience in NWDS
· Expert in SAP Fiori Launch pad configurations, SAP UI5 controls and Fiori Design patterns. Web IDE / Eclipse tool to develop Fiori applications. Enhancing SAP FIORI standard Apps.
· Should know how to handle the custom Fiori Launchpad Plugin JSON/XML/OData and REST based Web Service based integrations Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery development and Cordova (Phone Gap) integration and including tile creation, group and catalogue management, and role-based access control.
· Integrate and deploy the Apps on SAP Mobile Platform and SAP Net weaver Gateway. Good knowledge on MVC framework and should be very strong in analyzing performance issues in both front and backend applications.
· Expertise in SAP SMART Table concepts and should have hands on experience to handle the SADL based Gateway OData services for smart template-based applications like OVP (Overview Pages), List reports and Object pages.
· Expertise in HANA ABAP and HANA Modeling with ABAP CDS Views Expertise in Reports, BAPI, Exits and BADI Development Standards/Development Process By using project standards and processes, lead the team to prepare the technical design. Hands on expertise in determining and/or validating the development effort estimates.
· Developing custom Fiori apps and extending standard Fiori apps.
· JavaScript frameworks and libraries, HTML5, and CSS.
· Understanding of security aspects for Fiori applications, including authentication, authorization, and secure communication.
· Understanding of SAP HANA, especially Core Data Services (CDS) views, for efficient data modelling and retrieval in Fiori applications.
· Knowledge of wireframe tools
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in SAP support and working in a customer service orientated environment.
· Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of UI5 components, Node.js modules, and integration scenarios.
· High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
· Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills.
· Agile methodology experience preferred
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations
· Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills
· Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals
