Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is searching for a Lead Custodian to join our growing team! The Lead Custodian oversees and participates in the cleaning and maintenance of the facility, ensuring it remains clean, sanitary, and safe. Leads the team delegating tasks, providing training, and inspecting their work to ensure it meets standards. In charge of ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and may perform minor repairs or maintenance.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Use ownership mentality to create accountability, and motivate team members
- Leads and works with a team of custodians to ensure the facility and grounds are a clean, neat, and safe working environment
- Trains and performs quality and safety inspections to ensure work is being performed correctly, safely, and with high quality
- Maintains supplies and inventory
- Completes daily grounds inspections and oversees snow removal and salt application efforts
- Works with production and responds quickly to address immediate cleanup needs
- Oversees and participates in cleaning/servicing production equipment so it is ready for use
- Corrects unsafe actions and maintains high performance standards for direct reports
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to provide information and effectively communicate one-on-one, with employee’s co-workers, supervisors, and managers
- Ability to apply common sense knowledge to carry out instructions furnished in written, verbal, or diagram form
- Good written and verbal skills, customer service, time management, and training abilities
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years janitorial/custodial experience
- 1 year manufacturing experience
- Experience using floor cleaning machines
- Experience using various cleaning products and tools
- Experience working in a production environment preferred but not required
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
- Walking, standing for extended periods of time
