Job Description
Responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional member service with a positive, professional approach and attitude toward customers
- Answering phones in a kind, courteous manner
- Helping in person customers.
- Being dependable for all scheduled shifts
- Data input (AP and AR)
- Assisting in daily cash audits
- Assisting in internal control procedures
- Processing data and filing invoices and correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Performing various office duties as assigned
- Keying transfers including point of sale
- Performing general housekeeping duties and any other tasks as requested
- Prepare equity withdrawal applications
We are ideally seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
Organizational skills, detail oriented and great time management
Ability to work independently in a team environment.
Proficient MS Office skills
Quality communication and interpersonal skills
A drive to deliver an exceptional member experience through living our brand.
Ability to lift up to 50Ibs unassisted.
