Key Responsibilities
- Internal Communication & Content Development
- Oversee and support internal communications, including key announcements, newsletters, HR updates, and intranet content, ensuring alignment with organisational messaging and standards.
- Work with HR stakeholders to support communication needs across learning, talent, engagement, welfare, and performance initiatives.
- Support internal campaigns and change initiatives through structured communication planning and coordination.
- Oversee content updates on HR communication platforms to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and relevance.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance the effectiveness of HR communication channels.
- Employee Engagement Support
- Support employee engagement initiatives through the development of key messages and communication materials that enhance connection and transparency.
- Assist in coordinating senior leadership engagement activities, including town halls and employee dialogues, to strengthen leadership visibility and trust.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote organisational culture, values, employee recognition, and key priorities.
- Support the review of employee feedback and insights to identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and communication efforts.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and informed employee experience across the organisation.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track engagement metrics (click rates, feedback, participation rates) and propose improvement strategies.
Job requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to tone, clarity, and consistency.
- Ability to translate complex information into simple, engaging messages for staff at all levels.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Skilled in creating employee-focused content, storytelling, and driving engagement initiatives.
- Comfortable analysing communication effectiveness and recommending improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management experience, including working with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate communication projects from planning to execution.
