Let’s energize the future together.  New Jersey Natural Gas (NJNG), a subsidiary of New Jersey Resources company, is currently seeking a Fleet Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on all company vehicles which includes but is not limited to cars, light duty trucks, medium duty trucks, CNG vehicles, trailers, compressors, Vermeer LM42, Kubota & Allmand backhoes, portable light towers, mud hogs, pneumatic tools and hydraulics under the direction of the Lead Fleet Technician.  Must be able to diagnose and troubleshoot repairs.    Position requirements: •    High school diploma•    Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification A1 is required•    ASE Certifications A8, T2, F1 and T6 are preferred•    AC certification•    Degree or diploma from an accredited Fleet Technician program or school and/or 2 years of experience as a fleet technician preferred  * The above job description is reflective of the primary duties of this position and in no way limits the supervisor from assigning any other duties, responsibilities or initiatives as deemed necessary. Other Details: Compensation: The base pay for this role is $45.06This role will be eligible to participate in a union annual short term incentive program.
