Legal Counsel (m/f/d)

• You will join the Legal Team, and together we will advise and support the ITS Division’s global operations on legal matters
• Providing legal guidance and conducting (risk) assessments for projects and partnerships, including public procurement law considerations, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating international contracts, as well as developing and refining contract templates and standards
• Interest in addressing IP-related matters, particularly software license agreements
• Handling proceedings before courts and regulatory authorities, as well as coordinating with external attorneys and consultants

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law (preferably in Austrian or German law)
• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience (including at a law firm or in a corporate legal department) is desirable
• Experience in an international context and with complex legal issues
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong advisory skills, resilience, assertiveness, and a solution-oriented approach
• Strong analytical skills, a pragmatic approach to work, and a hands-on mentality
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Team player, commitment, and flexibility

We offer a very attractive and performance-related salary, which is based on your qualifications and professional experience. This is significantly above the collective agreement for employees and apprentices in commercial enterprises.
