The Role:
Material Handler position is responsible for supporting warehouse operations through moving material as needed, supporting manufacturing, transferring and storing, utility, shipping and picking activities, packaging and palletizing goods, and other related duties as assigned.
In this role you will:
Transport Material/Product between area Entegris warehouses.
Receives and puts away returned components within Warehouse Management System.
Performs scheduled issues and picks of requested components/materials, additional parts, reservations, resupply materials, and consolidates and delivers work order materials.
Focuses on key business processes to influence customer satisfaction, waste elimination, growth, cost effectiveness and product/system quality.
Receives and puts away manufactured goods to inventory locations.
Evaluates products requiring movement, performs necessary transactions and physically moves product. Creates and maintains location labels, and provides support to receiving and inventory control for product placement.
Processes delivery due list, allocates and prepares materials for shipment. Reviews shipping documents, matches parts and packing slips, prepares summary packing listed.
Processes small package and freight shipments both domestic and international using shipping terminals and company ERP system. Stages to correct shipping line, packages orders consistent with Entegris or customer specifications (i.e. palletize, shrink-wrap, custom label, special packaging) and applies shipping labels, barcode labels, and commerce forms. Stages shipments for pickup by carriers.
Supports Inventory control in conducting weekly cycle counts, delegated inventory tasks, and assists in process improvements.
Utilizes Reach Truck, and WAV mobile equipment safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives.
Packages and palletizes manufactured products according to company packaging specifications, performs goods withdrawal for supplies and materials, confirms goods to stock and stages for downstream operations or shipment.
Demonstrates a willingness to complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in order to support the overall organization. Participates in Entegris' continuous improvement processes and dedicated to customer satisfaction. Understands, supports, and complies with ISO Policies, Procedures and Work Instructions. Complies with all safety requirements, and maintains order and cleanliness of Warehouse premises.
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
High school degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year in receiving or warehouse work; or a combination of training and experience; or a demonstrated capability to perform the duties of the job.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations, to be familiar with not just traffic laws but rules regarding how often they are required to rest, maximum miles driven and the like.
Hand-eye coordination, since they must coordinate their hands, legs and eyes to maintain a fast reaction time on the roads.
Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform math computations.
Skilled computer user, accurate with data entry and system navigation.
High accuracy in counting parts physically by hand or with a piece count scale.
Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and walk and stand during entire shift.
Mobile equipment experience in fork trucks or reach equipment.
Previous Warehouse ERP system experience or familiarity with SAP.
The Role:
Our Bedford, MA site is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for weekend shifts Monday-Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm to join our ESC Operations team This role will work closely with other team members within the ESC Operations group. Responsibilities include operating automated robots to manufacture products, assembling parts according to established procedures, and running high vacuum tools and hydraulic presses. The ideal candidate will be willing to cross train and support additional work areas as needed to meet business demands.
What You Will Do:
Follow all safety best practices and wear required PPE while on the production floor.
Operate automated robots, hydraulic presses, and other production equipment as assigned.
Perform operational checks and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment remains in good working condition.
Operate vacuum systems and other processing tools according to established procedures.
Set up (fixture) and de-fixture parts for vacuum and processing operations.
Perform part assembly and wet etch processes as needed.
Follow work instructions step by step with 100% adherence to maintain product quality.
Inspect parts visually and using metrology tools in alignment with quality procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area by following Entegris 6S standards.
Execute tasks based on production priorities and adjust workflow accordingly.
Record work confirmations in SAP and enter inspection/production data in CamLine.
Participate actively in shift pass downs to communicate updates on safety, quality, and production priorities.
Clean fixtures and parts as required to support production.
Provide feedback to Engineering on potential process improvements.
Demonstrate and promote Entegris PACE values in all daily activities.
What We Seek:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience (Machine operation, a plus)
Must be able to work Overtime when needed.
Able to work around chemicals (including but not limited to IPA, Acetone, FeCl, HCL)
Fluency in English is required for training purposes.
Able to lift 40lbs and stand for almost entire shift.
Ability to work in a cleanroom.
Computer Skills (SAP/CamLine a plus)
Flexibility to be trained and cross trained in other departments

Compensation range for this role depends on level of experience. Our starting compensation range for this role is $23 to $26 per hour.
Eligibility for annual incentive plan.
