Job Description
- Minimum 3 months of calling experience in any campaign in an international program.
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Good listening skill (To audit calls) and typing skills (To document the feedback).
- Graduation is must.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT.
- This is a Day Shift Role (Shift Timings – 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM)
