Education / Qualifications

What you’ll bring

You’re experienced, steady, and clear in how you lead.

• 10+ years delivering complex software projects (vendor side).
• Experience working across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
• A track record managing large or multi-stream initiatives.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgets and forecasting.
• Clear communication—written and verbal.
• Ability to influence and align teams without direct authority.
• Understanding of governance, quality, and delivery controls.
• Familiarity with tools like MS Project or similar.
• Some travel may be required (local and international)
• Background and police checks will be part of the process

Nice to have:

• Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master
• Exposure to DevOps, SAFe, or CI/CD environments
• Experience in high-availability or mission-critical settings
• Awareness of data security practices
