Souring Senior Engineer

I- Basic Function/General Scope of Work 基本工作范围描述： Reponsible for NPP(MRO) parts and EMD sourcing related work.   II- Key Duties & Responsibilities 主要职责描述： Identify process improvement opportunities, implement action plan . NPP(MRO): Execute action plans and achieve the objectives, such as PR&PO release and tracking, cost saving, customer satisfaction, E-sourcing rate, supplier development and integration, proactive and forward-looking in supplier management etc. Materials for Mass Production: RFI, RFQ, bidding, alternaive source development, sample tracking, marketing data collection and analysis, negotiation, supplier development and integration, supplier pferformance improvement, such as cost/LT/MOQ/MPQ etc. Work closely with cross-functional teams to address and resolve operational challenges. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to drive effective problem-solving. Support supervisor when needed, support other colleague when needed as a team   III- Qualifications & Compentencies 任职资格及能力要求： Full-time college degree or above. Above 3 years sourcing experience in foreign manufacturing company, NPP(MRO) sourcing experience is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills Emotional stability and strong stress resistance, capable of handling numerous daily trivial matters. Good user of office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and ERP system Good command of English and Chinese Strong data analysis and forecasting capabilities. Sense of quality and cost, timing as well.
