Coordinate with data center operations and vendors to plan, schedule, and manage the flow of maintenance work orders and required resources.
Establish and maintain equipment files, parts inventory, bills of materials (BOM), and preventative maintenance (PM) schedules within the CMMS.
Advocate the launch of CMMS and work management processes, integrating them into the data center's daily operations.
Utilize comprehensive analytics from CMMS data to assist the Facility Management team in optimizing site schedules and resource leveling.
Partner with global site planners to implement industry best practices and continuously improve overall maintenance programs.
