Job Description
Reporting to the TA Operations Manager and dotted lined into the Head of Global TA, the TA Project Manager will lead and support global Talent Acquisition initiatives that improve recruiting effectiveness, scalability, process consistency, operational efficiency, and candidate experience across UCT’s global operations. This role will partner closely with TA leadership, recruiters, HR, HRIS, Marketing, and business stakeholders to drive projects focused on process improvement, TA technology optimization, employer branding, reporting/analytics, hiring manager enablement, and global alignment of recruiting practices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-oriented, collaborative, and experienced in leading cross-functional projects in a fast-paced global environment.
