Role Overview
We are seeking a Change Manager with experience supporting large-scale technology implementations to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO). The TMO leads high-impact, enterprise-wide change initiatives that enable the successful delivery of Circle K’s strategic priorities. As part of this team, the Change Manager plays a critical role in ensuring that complex transformation programs are effectively adopted and sustained across the organization.
This role will support an immediate and high-priority technology rollout, requiring a candidate who can quickly integrate into the program, establish credibility with stakeholders, and drive structured, outcome-focused change execution. The successful candidate will be highly operational and focus on change delivery in a multi-country environment across Europe, partnering closely with business, product, and technical teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management strategies aligned to program timelines and milestones; own and manage key change activities and resources accordingly
Develop and deliver enablement assets, including role-based training materials and digital content (e.g., guides, videos)
Conduct structured stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments across functions and regions
Design and execute integrated communication, engagement, and enablement plans tailored to diverse audiences
Partner closely with program leadership and functional teams to embed change into execution and governance
Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate adoption risks and change saturation across impacted groups by defining and tracking adoption metrics to improve change effectiveness
Required Experience & Skills
Experience supporting technology implementations or system rollouts, ideally involving process and data changes across multiple functions
Demonstrated experience working across multiple countries, cultures, and time zones, adapting approaches to regional needs
Strong collaboration and execution capability, with a proven ability to deliver outcomes in matrixed, cross-functional environments
Skillful ability to ideate, develop, and iterate on change management materials (e.g., communications, engagement materials, training courses, adoptions metrics)
Fluent in English (additional European languages considered an advantage)
3–4 years of relevant Change Management experience and leadership, preferably within large-scale transformation programs
Working knowledge of structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR or equivalent)

Nice to Have
Experience in retail or store operations environments
Exposure to merchandising, supply chain, or forecasting/planning systems
Experience developing digital enablement content or supporting large-scale end-user adoption
