The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, refining and enhancing software to optimize performance and user experience. This position emphasizes adaptability and innovation, working within a dynamic environment to deliver high-quality, custom-built software solutions that address specific organizational challenges and objectives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software solutions with business goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize code for performance and scalability.
