Electro Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary: Responsible for assembling electrical equipment.  

 

Job Duties:  

• Reads and interprets diagrams, work orders and reports to assemble materials. 
• Performs repetitive assembly and adjustment on electrical and/or electronic units, using tools.
• Cleans parts.
• Test functional performance. 
• Packs finished products for shipment.

• Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
• Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. 
• May provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group.
• Typically requires a high school diploma and years of experience.

 

Reports to: 

• Typically reports to a department head or manager
