The Director of Patient Experience provides strategic and operational leadership for system-wide patient experience and patient and family engagement initiatives. This leader is responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that enhance the patient and family journey, improve satisfaction outcomes, and strengthen engagement across Texas Children’s.
