As our next Tender Specialist and Sales Support, you will be responsible to ensure tender legal compliance for private & public contracts in Benelux, working closely with legal and sales departments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Management and coordination of the entire tender process, including: tenders screening, evaluation and selection, coordination of all relevant stakeholders, documentation preparation and collection, making sure it is complete and deadlines are met; bids submission, post-awards activities, investigation and tracking of the relevant parameters, follow up on tender outcome to evaluate submission, capture learnings and identify areas of improvement; may conduct analyses on workflow, Agilent and competitor pricing and sales data, tender selection and acceptance metrics.
- Tasks and activities must be performed according to local regulations, following corporate processes and using dedicated corporate tools.
- Work closely with internal Product Specialist, Sales & Legal teams ; in case specific requirements or documents are missed, reach out to responsible organization to ensure a fast response and, on the long term, to ensure all needed documentation is released.
- Management of all the tenders related tasks according to countries’ specific needs, like tender-related questionnaires, certificates and legal documents related, ensuring financial, technical and legal compliance;
- Monitor price dynamics, ability to identify price discrepancies, communicating effectively with Contracts and Orders colleagues to fix issues.
- Follow up on third party products, check customers consumption and payments, supporting sales on approval processes with procurement and finance departments
- May support to update privates sourcing platforms suppliers.
- May be accountable for contract management, support and analysis, NDA as well as asset oversight including management of the physical inventory and tracking instrument usage and sales status. May also be accountable for ensuring recovery of instruments upon contract expiration.
- May support on sales quotations, only for consumables and reagents, involving limited amount of money and without specific approvals (e.g. quart, sow, 3pp, etc…)
- May support on compliance activities, physical inventory, CRM and Installed Base update.
This position is based in our offices in Brussels (Diegem), where partial remote work would be an option (up to 2 days a week).
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated individual with great communication skills and the following:
- University degree, ideally in a legal or business field
- First experience in managing/working with tenders, either in a similar position or in sales
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Proficiency in Flemish, French and English
- Proficiency with analysis/reporting tools would be an advantage
On a personal level, you are proactive, autonomous and a team player. You also have great communications skills to interact with a lot of internal and external partners. You show problem solving skills and you have the ability to make quick decisions.

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
