POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
Ensure that all human resources and administration related activities at Malaysia Airports (Niaga) Sdn. Bhd are conducted in a timely manner; properly and smoothly prepared and executed.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Support and assist Human Resource Executive and other Executives pertaining to HR & Administrative matters and activities.
- Work closely with Human Resource Services Department; Corporate Office pertaining staffs' leave; air travel ticket according to company’s' policies and procedures.
- Perform ad hoc duties; assignments and other activities when directed and required by the superior.
- Perform other administrative matters in HR Unit as instructed by superior.
Key Challenges
- Achieve the KPI as targeted.
- Ensure all HR matters are executed and updated.
- Lessen staff complaints on timeliness and inaccuracy of the response of HR issues.
Skills
- Good command both written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Trained or familiar with SAP System on HR Module.
- Good working knowledge in HR areas/fields, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), employment laws, acts and other related compliance as directed by the Management.
- Hardworking (willing to work for extra hours when required)
- Able to work under pressure.
Relevant Industries
Diploma with a minimum of 1 year relevant working experience preferably in the areas of administration, human resource, training
Education
Diploma in Business Administration or related field
