Job Description

We are looking for a certified Health & Safety Specialist (Specjalista ds. BHP) to support our operations in Szczecin on a part-time basis. This role will ensure compliance with Polish labor law and promote a strong safety culture within a corporate office environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy) and internal H&S policies
• Conduct workplace risk assessments and recommend preventive actions
• Manage and deliver OHS onboarding and periodic trainings
• Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions
• Maintain documentation (risk assessments, training logs, medical referrals, PPE)
• Support audits and liaise with external authorities and inspectors
• Advise leadership on safety improvements and best practices

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Certification: Recognised OHS qualification (Technik BHP / Specjalista ds. BHP) – mandatory
• Experience: 2+ years in a similar HSE/OHS role
• Knowledge: Polish labor law (Kodeks pracy); ISO 45001 nice to have
• Languages: Polish – native/fluent; English – B1/B2 (for internal communication/reporting)
• Skills: Strong organisational and communication skills; MS Office proficiency
• Availability: Ability to work onsite in Szczecin (part-time schedule)

• Part-time (e.g. 20–25 hours per week – to be aligned)
