Manufacturing Shift Lead ($29.00/hour)

Reporting to Production Manager, the Manufacturing Shift Lead will be responsible for leading and supervising the team; ensuring all activities during the shift are performed safely according to the Production schedule. Leading any troubleshooting of extrusion equipment, compounds, and processes.
