Sr. Engineering and Product Manager

The Product & Engineering Manager is responsible for leading product portfolio strategy, engineering execution, and new product development initiatives to drive profitable growth, operational efficiency, and product innovation across the organization. This role combines strategic product management with technical engineering leadership, overseeing the full product lifecycle from market analysis and portfolio prioritization through engineering execution, value engineering, and commercialization. The position partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to ensure products meet customer needs while optimizing cost, manufacturability, and profitability.
