Program Attorney - Legal Service Department

The Program Attorney position will be part of UMOS’s Legal Services for Victims Program. The Program Attorney will represent victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. This includes assisting victims in obtaining a Domestic Violence Protective Order, with Family Law matters, and with Immigration proceedings. The Attorney will possess knowledge of substantive law, and with procedural requirements. The Attorney will be responsible for building and maintain partnerships with other legal organizations. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Social Services and will be working alongside the UMOS DOJ Partially Accredited Representative.
