Resumen The Intern will be under professional training in the company and in search of experience in his/her professional field, with the expectation of developing skills in a real work environment. Responsabilidades Mains Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and follow-up of purchase orders. Monitor material delivery dates with suppliers. Update departmental databases, reports, and files. Support administrative activities related to purchasing and procurement. Verify material information, pricing, and lead times. Maintain communication with internal and external suppliers. Assist with internal requisition follow-up. Generate reports using Excel and internal systems. Support inventory and documentation control activities. Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, and Logistics departments. Qualifications Education Active student pursuing a degree in: Business Administration International Business Industrial Engineering Logistics Supply Chain Related fields Experience Previous experience is not required. Academic projects or internships related to purchasing, logistics, or administration are a plus. Preferred Knowledge Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Basic understanding of administrative processes. Familiarity with manufacturing or maquiladora environments is preferred. Basic to intermediate English skills preferred. REQ-154840
