What You’ll Do

The CDM Analyst is responsible for enterprise Charge Description Master (CDM) governance and charge integrity activities in support of revenue integrity. This role ensures that facility and professional charges are accurately built, priced, maintained, and compliant with federal and state regulations, payer requirements, and Freeman Health System policies. The CDM Analyst partners with clinical, operational, finance, and IT stakeholders to support new services, maintenance of fee schedules, prevent revenue leakage, and ensure accurate charge capture across supporting systems.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in CDM maintenance, charging, coding, or revenue integrity

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current coding certification (AHIMA CCA/CCS or AAPC CPC)

  • Experience with CDM maintenance tools

  • Epic experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Experience supporting facility‑based service lines, pharmacy, laboratory, or procedural charging
