Ciklum is looking for a Front End Architect to join our team full-time in Poland.

About the role:
As a Front-End Architect, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. With strong React expertise and solid full-stack understanding to help shape and evolve the user-facing architecture of our Automated Logistics team in PlatformTechnology. This role sits within a platform team driving innovation across the factory floor, focusing on automation, usability, and reliability.
Responsibilities:
- Define and evolve the frontend architecture (React-based) for scalable, maintainable applications
- Actively contribute to the codebase (hands-on development is expected)
- Ensure strong alignment between frontend, backend, and platform architecture
- Collaborate closely with engineers, product, and platform teams to drive cohesive solutions
- Guide and mentor developers, setting standards and best practices
- Contribute to improving developer experience, testing, and deployment practices
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering background with deep React expertise (70–80%)
- Solid experience with .NET / backend integration (20–30%)
- Proven experience defining and implementing frontend architecture
- Ability to code, review, and validate architectural decisions in practice
- Strong understanding of API design, data flows, and frontend/backend interaction
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Proactive and self-driven, able to take ownership without detailed direction
- Practical approach to documentation (clear, useful, and balanced)
Desirable:
- Experience with event-driven or real-time systems
- Exposure to logistics, automation, or AGVs
- Experience with CI/CD, test automation, and production readiness
- Facilitation skills and experience aligning cross-functional teams
- Mindset of continuous improvement (e.g., boy scout principle)
