POSITION SUMMARY
【Purpose of Role】
To act as a Welcome and a Farewell for all Away Spa related services. To provide the W Whatever/Whenever promise to all guests during encounters in Away Spa. Be responsible for the accurate and correct charging of guests for any services accrued in Away Spa including services such as massage, beauty treatment, merchandise etc. To introduce and promote Away Spa services to guests enquiring about them and to actively participate in upselling of other Away Spa service. To accurate schedule appointments at all times.
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
1.Welcome guests to Away Spa in ‘W’ fashion.
2.WOW the guest by providing a complimentary Detox Mocktail to guests upon arrival in line with the Away Spa Global Standards in the Welcome Area.
3.Explain the schedule of the treatment they are about to receive and show the guest to the Detox (Changing/Locker Room Area) Area.
4.Meet the guest upon leaving the Refuel area and arrange payment or room charge for the services.
5.Promote Away Spa merchandise and amenities upon departure.
6.Follow all company policies and procedures.
