AUXILIARY OFFICER

Reserve Police Officers perform respective law enforcement duties in a support role, under the general supervision of an assigned Sergeant or Control Officer. This is a non-paid volunteer position. Duties may include, but are not limited to the following: Provide additional resources for full time officers during their normal duties and emergencies. Performing general law enforcement work in order to preserve public peace, protect lives, property and rights of the public; to enforce statutory law and municipal ordinances.
