Talk Online Panel operates in 25 countries, delivering market research excellence through its panel communities. We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Associate based in the Czech Republic to support our projects hands-on.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up and manage online surveys and dispatch invitations to panelists
- Monitor live projects and ensure their smooth progression and successful completion
- Evaluate project feasibility and assess sampling requirements
- Collaborate closely with operations and client teams across Europe
- Independently manage project plans, timelines, and priorities
- Communicate confidently with Czech clients and partners (knowledge of Slovak is fully sufficient)
Your Profile
- University degree in a relevant field (e.g. sociology, statistics, business administration, economics, or a technical discipline)
- Excellent English skills (minimum C1 level)
- Czech or Slovak language skills (minimum C1 level)
- Strong attention to detail and a reliable, structured working style
- Good knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with SPSS is an advantage
- Team-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills
- First practical experience through internships, student jobs, or university projects is a plus
