Overview Paid Social Manager – Lloyds Banking Group We are hiring a Paid Social Manager to help shape how one of the UK’s most trusted financial services brands shows up on social. This is a brilliant opportunity to take real ownership of a high‑profile account, combining hands‑on delivery with strategic thinking. You’ll work at the intersection of performance and trust—driving meaningful growth while navigating a regulated environment. Responsibilities What you’ll be doing: Own the end‑to‑end paid social strategy and delivery for Lloyds Banking Group, aligning activity with wider business, brand and customer goals Partner closely with senior client stakeholders, building trusted relationships and confidently sharing insights and recommendations Turn performance data into clear, actionable stories that influence decision‑making Design and lead structured testing plans to continuously improve performance and demonstrate impact Oversee campaign setup, optimisation and budget management with a strong focus on accuracy and governance Collaborate with media, data and creative teams to deliver integrated, effective campaigns Support and guide junior team members, sharing best practice and creating a consistent, high‑quality approach Qualifications Skills we’re looking for: Experience running paid social strategy and activation within a performance‑driven environment Confidence working with complex or regulated clients, balancing innovation with responsibility Strong understanding of measurement frameworks, KPIs and how paid social contributes to wider business outcomes Hands‑on approach to campaign activation, with attention to detail and financial awareness Ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives for a range of audiences A collaborative mindset, with experience working across multiple teams and disciplines Curiosity and openness to testing new tools, formats and platform developments What’s in it for you: Real ownership and visibility: You’ll lead a flagship account with meaningful client exposure and influence Work that matters: Shape campaigns for a trusted household name where every decision has real customer impact Scale and support: Access to significant budgets, platform partnerships and specialist expertise across teams Opportunity to grow: Develop both your strategic thinking and hands‑on craft in a supportive environment Collaborative culture: Work alongside experienced colleagues who value sharing knowledge and doing great work together Variety and challenge: Balance long‑term brand building with performance delivery in a regulated space Career progression: Clear opportunities to broaden your scope, whether that’s leadership, strategy or specialism Additional information Spark Foundry offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees.
