As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage Brazilian top business partners to kick off business for the consumables category.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, negotiate and secure best deals based on campaign.
- Help business partners gradually expand exposure by leveraging creators' capabilities or building their own.
- Discover new collaborative opportunities for partners' short-term and long-term development plans.
- Maintain service quality provided by partners - low cancelation and return rate, reviews, and other components to increase conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data proficiently to understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritize solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business or a related fields
- Proven experience in interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills, logical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proactive self-learner, open to navigating uncertain and exploratory business scenarios.
- Able to commit to a minimum working duration of 6 months or 1 year
