Master the Bore: Command drilling rigs with surgical precision to install critical telecom lines.
Safety First, Always: Protect the grid by verifying utilities through "potholing" and advanced locating tech.
The Science of "Mud": Manage and optimize drilling fluid systems to ensure smooth, successful bores.
Project Command: Lead the site from initial setup to the final, meticulous clean-up.
Machine Care: Keep your rig in fighting shape with routine maintenance and safety checks.

What you’ll need
What You Bring to the Crew

The Basics: 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.

The Credentials: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and a valid State Driver’s License with a clean record.

The Heavy Metal: A Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement (or the drive to get one immediately).

The Expertise: You know drilling rigs inside and out—you understand their limits, their power, and how to set them up for success.
The Physical Grind
This isn't a desk job. You’ll be in the thick of it—operating heavy machinery, lifting 55+ lbs, climbing, stooping, and conquering remote locations. You are built for the challenge.
