Location – The Haven Retirement Village, Wagga Wagga
Part Time Permanent role – 15 hours per week (flexible with days)
Pay rate – $38 per hour + superannuation

We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and highly organised Village Coordinator to be the central point of contact for residents, visitors, and service providers within our community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people from all walks of life and who has a genuine passion for community engagement and wellbeing.
Day to day this role looks like:
Acting as the first point of contact for residents, offering assistance, information, and support as needed
Coordinating day-to-day village operations, ensuring the community runs smoothly and safely
Building positive relationships with residents, contractors, local services, and partner organisations
Organising and supporting community activities, meetings, and events to foster engagement and inclusion
Monitoring property maintenance issues and liaising with relevant teams to ensure timely resolutions
Maintaining accurate records, correspondence, and reports as required
To be successful in this role you’ll need:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive or challenging situations with tact and professionalism
Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
Digital literacy and general administrative skills
To be approachable and empathetic, able to support our residents from various backgrounds
