Job Description
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
- Support the digital business performance analytics function within the regional and local Digital Partner Commerce organization
- Ensure cutting edge analytics services are available to all market stakeholders, enabling them to take quantitatively based decisions
Responsibilities
- Co-prepare data analysis for specific account and country DPC team based on Regional DPC Business Analytics framework for (exemplary analytics areas may include but are not limited to):
- Digital sales performance analysis & insights reporting
- Digital web performance analysis & insights reporting
- Digital account diagnostics
- Marketing campaign analysis and optimization
- Range analysis & quantitative assortment optimization
- Paid and organic on-site search analysis & optimization
- Translate analyses into engaging, actionable and easy to digest insights
- Implement global initiative testing and tracking solutions
- Accountable for data sourcing and management for specific account in partnerships with KAM
- Country point of contact for all key external stakeholders (eCom digital analytics, Market finance, etc.)
- Leverage data and reports to improve overall online business of specific account in country
- Ensure effective inputs and influence other stakeholders to take facts-based decisions
- Work with Regional DPC business analytics to input local insights and business reality, improve reporting structures and distil best practices across the region
- Input account specific insights to regional DPC Business analytics

- Country Sales Finance
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience in different fields of digital measurement tools and measurement platforms for web analytics, Power BI, mobile, paid media, social, sentiment, SEO, among any other.
- Experience in eCommerce environment
- Experience with BI, Financial, Merchandising processes, tools and KPIs (preferably Adobe etc.)
- Profound experience with data and visualization techniques.
- Experience with B2B sales data.
