Job Responsibilities
- Delivers high quality, internal training, either in-person or virtually, utilizing the best modality for
- the content and learning objectives.
- Creates training materials that are clear, current, meet specified training objectives and are
- appropriate for global audiences.
- Utilizes best-in-class facilitation skills and technology to conduct training. Incorporates
- knowledge of cultural differences into delivery of content.
- Develops training delivery schedule and cadence to meet business needs.
- Schedules training in enterprise Learning Management System (LMS).
- Schedules logistics for training delivery (room, facilities, catering, etc.).
- Coordinates rosters of participants.
- Collaborates with subject matter experts / guest presenters to gather their input during training
- delivery. Develops / reproduces / acquires classroom materials.
- Provides feedback to instructional designers / course owners on content and makes
- recommendations for improvements.
- Collects course feedback forms (level one (1) evaluation).
- Submits roster to LMS Administrator so participants can obtain credit for the course.
- Responds to class inquiries and / or forwards to the appropriate representative.
- Coaches and mentors other team members.
- Conducts train-the-trainer workshops for other trainers to ensure consistency in content delivery.
- Audits / observes other trainers and provides constructive feedback to improve delivery.
- Researches best-practices and incorporates into delivery of training. Shares information with
- team.
- Develop training evaluations and assessments; tracks and produces reports and metrics
- associated with training activities and supports accreditation deliverables.
- Reviews learner assignments and provides input, when appropriate.
- Ensures all training modules are documented and up to date per training guidelines and stored in
- designated shared environment.
- Provides recommendations on development, assessment and delivery standards to ensure
- compliance with standards of accreditation agencies for Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for
- internal and external training.
- Assists in updating training documentation and files, conducts audits of training records and
- training intranet site.
- Participates in customer and regulatory audits of training and training documentation.
