Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource being the key point between the Ring Motors factory (Trapagaran) and the customer needs. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation, ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets.

• Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications.

• Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.

• Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders.

• Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries.

Qualifications for the Role

• Degree in Industrial Electrical Engineering.

• Experience in engineering with specialization in GMD (Ring Motors) and Hydro business will be valuable.

• Deep understanding of industrial/manufacturing market dynamic.

• Mindset to innovate, take ownership, drive improvement. High standards of integrity and transparency.

• High level of English (spoken and written).

• Adaptability to change and ability to adjust plans when needed. Collaborative spirit with a team-oriented approach.

• Driving license will be a plus.
