Job Description: 

We are seeking a Communications & Quality Assurance (QA) Manager to support mindline.sg’s communications and marketing execution. The role is also responsible for quality assurance, performance reporting and data support to ensure communications are accurate, sensitive, compliant and outcomes focused.

 

Job  Responsibilities 

  1. You support the planning, execution and optimisation of digital marketing and social media initiatives across IMH’s digital platforms, including mindline.sg and 1771. You’ll get to put your creativity to good use by translating IMH’s strategic objectives, services and mental health priorities into engaging content across its digital ecosystem, with a focus on social media, audience engagement and digital growth.
  2. Manage and grow digital and social media platforms, through the development and execution of content strategies, editorial calendars, content production schedules and social media initiatives.
  3. Plan, create and publish engaging content across digital platforms, including social media posts, videos, campaigns and other multimedia assets.
  4. Monitor and evaluate digital marketing and social media performance across platforms such as Meta, Google Analytics, TikTok and other relevant channels, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimise content effectiveness and audience engagement.
  5. Monitor mental health conversations, emerging trends, public sentiments and online behaviours in Singapore, and translate insights into timely and relevant content opportunities.
  6. Conduct social listening and sentiment monitoring to identify reputational risks, emerging issues and opportunities for engagement.
  7. Support the publicity and marketing of IMH programmes, events, partnerships, campaigns and brand initiatives through digital content and social media efforts.
  8. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including clinical departments, researchers and corporate teams, to develop content that supports organisational priorities and strategic communications objectives, including copywriting, photography, videography, video editing and basic graphic design where required.
  9. Liaise with external agencies, vendors and partners to support digital marketing and content development projects.
  10. Support departmental projects and perform other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

Competency

  1. Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, with a focus on social media strategy, content creation, digital trends and audience engagement.
  2. Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva for the development of digital and social media content.

 

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Digital Media or a related discipline.
  2. 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation or communications.
  3. Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector and/or proficiency in videography, video editing, website CMS and multimedia content production will have an advantage.
