Job Description
Must have a track record of success in acquiring new customers through building/developing a network of clients/contacts who utilize IT Staffing
• Must be someone who can create and execute a sales strategy for new customer acquisition by identifying and developing viable and competitive value propositions that differentiate us.
• Must have recent experience in selling IT or like staffing services through direct client relationships
• Experience with strategic selling processes and success with calling on senior level management
• Experience in attending network events and expanding the client network
• Proven negotiation skills and the ability to influence others
• Strong business ethics, professionalism, personal integrity and strong oral/written communication skills
• Experience managing team of recruiters- guiding them in sourcing process
• Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify new clients
• Strong proficiency in conducting risk mitigation with the candidates before submitting to client
• verbal communication skills MUST be outstanding.
