Integrated Supply Chain Planner

Job Description

Canterbury Coffee is seeking an analytical and collaborative Integrated Supply Chain Planner to support demand planning, production planning, inventory management, and cross-functional business alignment within our manufacturing operation.

This role is responsible for balancing customer demand, production capacity, inventory strategies, and material availability to ensure exceptional service levels and operational efficiency. Working closely with Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Inventory teams, you will play a key role in supporting our integrated planning and S&OP processes through data-driven insights and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain demand, supply, and production plans. 
  • Balance customer demand with operational capacity and inventory objectives. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align planning priorities and business needs. 
  • Monitor inventory levels and identify supply chain risks and opportunities. 
  • Analyze planning performance and provide reporting and recommendations to support decision-making. 
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance forecast accuracy, service levels, and operational efficiency. 

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 
  • CPIM, CSCP, or related certification is considered an asset. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, demand, production, or inventory planning. 
  • Manufacturing experience required; food and beverage experience is an asset. 
  • Advanced Excel skills required. 
  • Experience with ERP systems; Microsoft Dynamics AX and Power BI experience are assets.
