We are seeking a Google Workspace Admin (Collaboration Support Engineer) to join our Information Technology team at Fossil Group in Bengaluru, Karnataka. What you will do in this role
Application Support & Incident Management
Provide high-quality application support ensuring adherence to SLAs for response and resolution times
Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools in line with IT Operations policies and procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve low to medium complexity issues across collaboration platforms
Analyze business impact of incidents and ensure minimal disruption to users through timely resolution
Collaboration Tools Administration
1-3 years of exp in Google Workspace Administration
Support and maintain collaboration platforms including Google Workspace, WordPress, DocuSign, ClickUp, QuickBase, Jira, and similar tools
Perform user administration, access management, and system configurations
Track application updates and manage version control to ensure system stability
Stakeholder Communication & Service Excellence
Provide clear, timely communication to users and stakeholders on incidents, updates, and resolutions
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction
Deliver a high standard of customer service while managing competing priorities
Documentation, Governance & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate and up-to-date support documentation and knowledge base articles
Ensure compliance with change and release management processes
Monitor service metrics and suggest improvements to enhance performance and efficiency
Participate in rotational on-call support as required
Who You Are
Hands-on experience as a Google Workspace Administrator
Experience supporting collaboration tools such as WordPress, ClickUp, DocuSign, QuickBase, Jira, or similar platforms
Experience in end-user support across multiple technologies in a global environment
Familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent IT Service Management tools
Understanding of change management, release management, and software development lifecycle
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms
Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
