Job Description

The role plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of white space fit-out installations by coordinating resources and managing project timelines. This position is responsible for overseeing procurement, quality assurance, and the handover process to both customers and Operations teams. The role directly influences customer satisfaction by ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with thorough documentation. Additionally, the Associate Implementation Manager participates in cost reporting, vendor selection, and internal improvement initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the implementation services function.
The role is tasked with coordinating both internal and external resources to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of fit-out installation projects. This involves managing procurement activities, monitoring project progress, and ensuring all quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires regular communication with customers and Operations teams to facilitate smooth handovers and to address any issues that may arise. Cost reporting and managing Change Management requests are also essential aspects, along with engaging in vendor selection and access processes. The Associate Implementation Manager is expected to participate in internal improvement initiatives and training sessions to continuously enhance service delivery. Attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and effective multitasking are critical to success in this position.
- College degree, preferably in technical fields (Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, etc.) - Minimum 2-4 Years of experience in operations, data Center construction, or the telecommunications/engineering industry - Working knowledge of rack, cage, electrical distribution, and data cable infrastructure - Ability to read and interpret construction plans, one-line drawings, and construction specifications - Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with MS Project - Working knowledge of cost accounting - Strong customer service, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to multi-task and work effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments
