Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with a strong emphasis on large-scale, complex industrial or mission-critical facilities
  • 7+ years of senior leadership experience managing large, multi-disciplinary construction teams and programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing capital programs in excess of $500M
  • Deep knowledge of construction delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, Design-Bid-Build), contracting strategies, and project controls
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large capital budgets and driving cost discipline
  • Proven ability to lead through influence across a highly matrixed organization
  • Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance as required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum

At Blue Origin, we recognize that some of the most effective construction leaders built their expertise from the ground up. Candidates who developed their skills through the trades and progressed into field supervision and program leadership are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Experience in aerospace, defense, industrial, or other highly regulated construction environments
