Job Description: Works with the school and Health Services Dept. to provide the maximum health services for each student by minimizing absence due to illness and creating a climate of health and well-being in each school.

Job Qualifications: High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Must complete or be in the process of completing the Health Assistant (HA) training course or valid EMT, LPN or RN license.  Adult and Child Cardio Pulmonary (CPR) Certification; First Aid Certification.  Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Experience working with children highly desirable.  Valid IVP Level One AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card is required.

Employment Information: 26/27 school year; 40 hours per week; 201 days per school year

Salary:  Band - Support A12 = $17.06/hour entry level
