Campaign and Branding Lead

Key Metrics
- 100% Delivering campaigns on time and within budget
- 70% of all applications sourced from direct campaign activity
Outcomes
- Partner with the Marketing & Attraction Manager to design, launch, and optimise attraction and marketing campaigns across the season.
- Work closely with Attraction Coordinators and the Content & Events Lead to ensure all campaign activities are executed efficiently and to schedule.
- Take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery across several attraction and marketing activity streams.
- Build on existing attraction campaign experience while developing omni‑channel planning, coordination, and delivery capability.
- Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers across the campaign lifecycle.
- Work with Coordinators to implement campaign updates, changes, and optimisations in line with evolving requirements and timelines.
- Collaborate with the Content & Events Lead and Employer Brand team to create compelling content for student audiences.
- Advocate and amplify cohort‑generated social media content to support attraction messaging and campaign reach.
- Lead campaign analysis and reporting, including marketing channel performance and return on investment.
- Share market intelligence and digital marketing best practice, including performance insights from tools such as the Prep Hub.
- Manage branded campaign outputs from the client’s branding agency.
- Provide timely, clear feedback and ensure deadlines are met in line with campaign execution plans.
- Contribute across Early Careers Marketing and Attraction beyond core campaigns, including photoshoot support and ad‑hoc team initiatives as needed.
Person Specification
- Creative, forward‑thinking, and solution‑oriented
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities

- Willing to travel when required
- Motivated to build and cement expertise within attraction and marketing
- Experience executing multiple attraction and marketing campaigns
- Experience using content across multiple marketing channels and platforms
- Experience delivering a brand within attraction and marketing contexts
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and projects across a seasonal cycle
- Understanding of the UK higher education system and early careers recruitment cycles
- Experience managing website or digital content pages
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Event management experience
- People management / supervisory / mentorship experience as part of a team
Other Information
- Permanent role – 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm.
- 3-month probationary period.
