Olympia Subaru is seeking an experienced Main Line Service Advisor to support our service drive and deliver a high‑quality experience from write‑up to delivery.

Position Overview

As a Main Line Service Advisor, you will manage customer repair orders, recommend services, and ensure efficient communication between customers and technicians. This role focuses on complex repair work, diagnostics coordination, and customer relationships.

 

Main Line Service Advisor Job Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assess service needs
  • Write and manage repair orders from start to finish
  • Recommend repairs and maintenance based on technician findings
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and costs clearly
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs
  • Handle escalations and customer concerns professionally
  • Ensure all documentation and billing are accurate

Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Schedule Varies)

Main Line Service Advisor Qualifications

  • Prior accounts payable, accounts receivable, or accounting support experience preferred
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred)
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Experience with dealership systems (CDK or similar) is a plus

Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
