The role combines long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a leader who can translate complex financial systems into simple, scalable product solutions. You will lead and grow a team of Product Managers while partnering closely with Engineering, Risk, Analytics, and Strategy teams to build resilient financial infrastructure. This position is both highly strategic and deeply operational, shaping core revenue drivers such as payments GMV, net take, and risk exposure. You will also play a key role in embedding AI-driven product development practices across the organization.
